RegEd CEAuthoritySM USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. CEAuthority.comSM is maintained and published by RegEd, Inc. ("RegEd", "we" or "us"). Access and use of CEAuthority.comSM ("CEAuthority.com" or "the Site") is subject to compliance by you (referred to as "you" or "user") with the terms and conditions set forth herein. This document should be examined carefully before accessing or using CEAuthority.comSM . By accessing or using CEAuthority.comSM , you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, and you may not access or use the Site if you do not agree to be so bound. The terms and conditions set forth herein may be modified, at the sole discretion of RegEd, at anytime, and any such modification shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified terms and conditions. Through your continued access and use of CEAuthority.com you agree to periodically review these terms and conditions and to be bound by such future modification. Continued use of the Site following any such change means you accept and will abide by the change.

II. User ID and Password. You are solely responsible to maintain as personal and confidential the assigned unique USER IDs and activating passwords and to prevent their unauthorized use. You are prohibited from transferring or sharing the RegEd-assigned unique USER IDs and from revealing the activating passwords to any other person. Any violation of the foregoing may result in an immediate termination of your access rights to the Services as well as liability to RegEd for all damages resulting from such breach. You (and not RegEd) shall bear the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
III. Charges and Taxes. You are responsible for any charges for the Services incurred through use of any User ID assigned to you and any password you adopt, unless such charges result from RegEd's error. In addition, you shall be solely liable for any state or local sales, use or other taxes of a similar nature, if any, that may be due on account of your use of the Site or for RegEd Services. All charges must be paid by use of a valid credit card account and shall be payable in accordance with RegEd's standard order, billing, and collection policies. Any credit reporting or issuance of certifications you request and that we perform shall be billed in accordance with RegEd’s then-current charge for such specific order(s), and you also agree to pay any associated fees for such services charged by a state department of insurance or professional designation board, or their authorized agents, that will be separately charged.
IV. Termination. You may terminate the license granted under this Agreement at any time by sending written notification to RegEd and by ceasing to use the Site. These terms and conditions may also be terminated immediately, without notice from RegEd if, in the sole discretion of RegEd, you fail to comply with any term or condition posted on the Site or any provision of a term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination by RegEd, you must destroy any copy of courses or other materials obtained from this Site, except records of successful completion and certificates of completion, whether accepted under the terms and conditions hereof or otherwise. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall no longer be permitted to use the Site. Termination for any reason shall not affect RegEd's entitlement to any undisputed sums due for RegEd Services performed prior to such termination.
V. Title/Copyright. The Site and the Materials are the valuable, confidential, copyrighted and trade secret property of RegEd. RegEd owns all right, title and interest in and to the Site and the Materials, including without limitation, all current and future enhancements, modifications, revisions, new releases and updates thereof and any derivative works based thereon and all documentation thereto, and all copyrights, trade secrets and patents, if any, therein.
VI. Cookies. Cookies are small text files, which are stored on the hard drive of a user's computer. The use of cookies is an industry standard. RegEd employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges for certain locations on the Site as well as to track site usage. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies from RegEd, you cannot access some areas of the Site, and you may not be able to complete any courses. RegEd may, in its sole discretion, perform statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behavior of users to measure interests in the Site and in the Materials (for product development and other business development purposes).
